Ingredients
  1. 4 cups drained Sauerkraut
  2. 1 cup chopped onion
  3. 2 cups chopped celery
  4. 1 cup chopped pepper
  5. 1 1/4 cups sugar
  6. 1 cup vinegar
  7. 1 tsp. salt
Instructions
  1. Combine vegetables and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan combine sugar, vinegar and salt and heat until dissolved.
  3. Cool then pour over the vegetables.
Notes
  1. Keeps in fridge for 2 to 3 weeks.
