Ingredients
- 4 cups drained Sauerkraut
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped pepper
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Combine vegetables and set aside.
- In a saucepan combine sugar, vinegar and salt and heat until dissolved.
- Cool then pour over the vegetables.
Notes
- Keeps in fridge for 2 to 3 weeks.
