Ingredients
  1. 10 cups popcorn
  2. 1/2 cup corn syrup
  3. 1 cup butter or margarine
  4. 1 1/3 cups white sugar
  5. 1 tsp. vanilla
  6. 1 1/3 cups pecans
  7. 2 2/3 cups almonds
Instructions
  1. Pop popcorn and save in large bowl.
  2. Boil syrup, sugar and butter in microwave for 10 - 15 minutes or until caramel colour.
  3. (This may separate but that's OK)
  4. Stir vanilla into mixture.
  5. Pour over popcorn and nuts and mix well.
  6. Use rubber gloves to press onto greased cookie sheet.
  7. Break into chunks.
Notes
  1. This is excellent without nuts so feel free to leave out the pecans and almonds if you choose.
