Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Mix and put in freezer to chill until firm.
- Roll out and cut rounds (use cookie cutter or lid from jar or glass) that will fit your tart baking pan.
- Make the rounds large enough to go up the sides if the pan almost to the top.
