Ingredients
  1. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened.
  2. 1 tsp Vanilla
  3. 3/4 cups Powered Sugar (Icing Sugar)
  4. 1 Graham Cracker, finely crushed (You can buy graham cracker crumbs already crushed)
  5. 1 oz. Baker's Semi-sweet Chocolate
Instructions
  1. Beat Cream Cheese, butter and vanilla in medium bowl with mixer until blended, Gradually add sugar, mixing well after each addition.
  2. Freeze for 1 hour or until cream cheese mixture is firm enough ti handle.
  3. Shape cream cheese mixture into 40 balls, using 1 round teaspoon cream cheese mixture for each ball.
  4. Place in single layer in shallow pan, refrigerate 15 minutes or until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate as directed on package (sometimes separates if warmed too quickly in microwave so maybe on top of stove in pan very slowly is best).
  6. Dip bottom halves of cheese balls, 1 at a time, in graham crumbs, place crumb side down, on waxed paper-covered plate.
  7. Drizzle with melted chocolate; refrigerate 15 minutes or until firm.
Notes
  1. Faster to make than you think. Freezing time and cooling takes most of the time.
