Ingredients
- 1/2 an onion sliced thin
- Package of coleslaw mix
- 1 to 2 cloves of garlic
- Mushrooms (1/2 to 1 pound)
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- Ginger To taste
- Any leftover meat as in chicken, pork, shrimp
- 1 bag Farkay steam fried noodles (397 grams)
- 2 to 3 stalks of celery
Instructions
- Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil in heavy pot
Saute for 5 minutes
- Onion, garlic, mushrooms
Add to above
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 3 shakes ginger to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- Add leftover meat
- Heat above until steaming, turn heat down while preparing noodles
Prepare Noodles
- In another large pot bring water to boil
- Add 1 bag of Farkay steam fried noodles
- Stir and boil for 1 minute
- Drain
- Add to other ingredients and stir
