Ingredients
  1. 1/2 an onion sliced thin
  2. Package of coleslaw mix
  3. 1 to 2 cloves of garlic
  4. Mushrooms (1/2 to 1 pound)
  5. 1 bag bean sprouts
  6. 1 cup chicken broth
  7. 1/4 cup soya sauce
  8. Ginger To taste
  9. Any leftover meat as in chicken, pork, shrimp
  10. 1 bag Farkay steam fried noodles (397 grams)
  11. 2 to 3 stalks of celery
Instructions
  1. Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil in heavy pot
Saute for 5 minutes
  1. Onion, garlic, mushrooms
Add to above
  1. 1/4 cup soya sauce
  2. 3 shakes ginger to taste
  3. 1 cup chicken broth
  4. 1 bag bean sprouts
  5. Add leftover meat
  6. Heat above until steaming, turn heat down while preparing noodles
Prepare Noodles
  1. In another large pot bring water to boil
  2. Add 1 bag of Farkay steam fried noodles
  3. Stir and boil for 1 minute
  4. Drain
  5. Add to other ingredients and stir
